Ubicata in un caratteristico borgo della campagna umbra, non distante da Marsciano, casa Samantha è immersa in un’atmosfera pacifica e familiare dove si ode ancora cantare il gallo la mattina. Pur sprovvista di giardino privato, la casa si affaccia su vie pubbliche prive di traffico e rumori che ben si prestano per giochi e vita in comunità come nel passato.

Distaccato rispetto all’abitazione e al paese, vi è un piccolo appezzamento di terreno di proprietà, utile per chi volesse crearsi un orto.

In the heart of a picturesque hamlet merged in the lush Umbrian countryside not far from Marsciano (E45 motorway, schools, shops and restaurants), casa Samantha lies in a quiet and friendly atmosphere, where one can still hear birds singing. Although this house does not have a garden, all nearby roads and alleys are traffic free and used by the community for children plays and chats, a custom coming from the past.
The entrance to the property is from the ground floor; on the right of the bottom landing there’s a wide room currently used as storage and laundry. On the first floor there is the dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped, a nice fireplace (with integrated heating system), the lounge-study, a bathroom and, on the second floor, a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower).
The house has been entirely restored and refurbished and has new systems; floorings are made of hard wooden boards, windows are massive wooden with double glazing. Some peculiar and charming architectural features make this apartment very special and enjoyable.

Outside the hamlet, the property also comprises a small piece of land, good for those who want to grow their own vegetables.
